This policy describes how NutShell Videos LLC, operating under the NutShell Videos™ brand, handles information through this website. It covers website visits and project inquiries, not separate client agreements or third-party websites. We aim to collect and track only what is reasonably needed to operate the site and respond to people who contact us.
2. Information we collect
The website has no visitor accounts, payment checkout, newsletter signup, or application database for inquiries. Information comes principally from what you choose to submit and technical information processed to deliver and protect the website.
3. Information you provide
The Contact form requests your name, email address, project description, and permission to respond. It also offers organization, area of interest, target audience, desired format, timeline, and budget fields. You can choose how much optional information to provide. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, sensitive personal records, or unnecessary information about other people.
4. Contact and project inquiries
We use inquiry information to understand your request, evaluate a possible project, respond, and discuss next steps. An inquiry is not published on the website. Please provide information you are authorized to share.
Submission is not permission for us to publicly disclose or sell your project information. It does not automatically create an NDA, exclusivity obligation, or client relationship. Formal confidentiality, work-for-hire, ownership, and permitted-use terms belong in an appropriate written agreement. A similar idea may be independently developed; submitting an idea alone does not establish exclusive rights.
5. Automatically processed information
Vercel hosts the site. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser or user-agent information, request paths and times, response information, and errors to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the service. The application does not create a separate visitor-profile database.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The application does not set advertising cookies or store inquiry drafts in browser local or session storage. Protected review deployments use a Vercel access cookie and may load Vercel feedback tools; those review features are separate from the public-site experience. Browser and hosting services may use operational mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the site.
7. Analytics and advertising
No Google Analytics, Meta pixel, advertising tracker, marketing automation, Vercel Analytics integration, or Speed Insights instrumentation is included in the audited application. We have not added a marketing-cookie banner because the application does not use nonessential advertising or tracking cookies. If information practices change, this policy and any required choices must be reviewed before introducing them.
8. Videos and third-party content
Videos are served as self-hosted media files using the browser’s video player. The website does not embed YouTube players or third-party video widgets. Loading or playing a video makes requests to the site’s hosting service, rather than to a social-media player.
9. Social profiles and external links
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are external profile links, not embedded social SDKs. X remains a nonfunctional placeholder until its destination is confirmed. Following a working link takes you to a service that may collect information under its own policies. Their behavior is not governed by this policy.
10. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess project fit, communicate about requested services, operate and protect the website, investigate errors or misuse, and meet applicable obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated advertising campaigns.

When an inquiry is accepted for email delivery, its contents are processed by our sending provider and designated internal recipients and their mailbox services. We do not publicly post submitted project descriptions. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with applicable law or protect legitimate rights; any such use should be limited to what is appropriate.
12. Service providers
Vercel provides website hosting and operational infrastructure. Resend is the configured sending integration for Contact email. Recipient mailbox providers process delivered messages. These services have their own privacy terms and may use subprocessors.
13. Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information submitted through the website or Contact form to advertisers, data brokers, or social-media platforms. Sending a requested inquiry through hosting and email services is not intended as advertising or marketing data resale.
14. Retention
The application does not save inquiries in a separate database or implement an automatic mailbox-deletion schedule. Delivered correspondence may remain in email accounts and service-provider records. Hosting logs follow provider settings, not an application-defined retention timer.
15. Data security
We use hosted website and email services to operate this experience. No website or email channel can promise perfect security. Please arrange an appropriate agreement and delivery method before sending confidential or highly sensitive project material. We do not claim SOC or HIPAA certification through this policy.
16. Privacy choices and requests
You can email hello@nutshellvideos.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us not to follow up. Depending on applicable law and your location, additional rights may apply. We may need reasonable information to verify a request and will consider applicable obligations and continuing project needs.
17. Children’s privacy
The website does not request age or offer children’s accounts. Please do not submit a child’s personal information without appropriate authorization.
