These terms concern the NutShell Videos LLC website and its NutShell Videos™ and NutShell Originals™ presentation. Using the website indicates acceptance of the applicable published terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate signed project agreements govern commissioned work.

2. Website purpose

The website introduces the studio, its capabilities, and its videos, and allows visitors to send project inquiries. It does not create a paid-services order, visitor account, or subscription.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the site, watch videos using the provided player, share page links, and contact the studio about a legitimate project. Do not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade protective measures, misuse the Contact form, or submit material you are not authorized to share.

4. Intellectual property and media

NutShell Videos LLC’s original website and production materials are protected by copyright and other applicable law. Certain artwork, tools, and other materials may belong to their respective rights holders. Visiting the site or watching a video does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial reuse license. Rights permitted by applicable law are not displaced by these terms.

5. NutShell Originals™

NutShell Originals™ is the studio’s documentary-video presentation. You may watch the available videos and share links to their website pages. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public exhibition, transmission, or commercial use beyond what the law permits requires the appropriate rights holder’s permission.

This motion picture and its contents are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, exhibition, transmission, modification, or other use is prohibited except as permitted by law or with the prior written permission of NutShell Videos LLC.

7. Trademarks and service marks

NutShell Videos™ and NutShell Originals™ identify studio brands, and Big Ideas • Made Simple℠ is used as a service mark. These symbols do not assert registered-trademark status. The LLC’s legal name remains NutShell Videos LLC, without a trademark symbol inside that name. Do not use branding in a way that falsely implies affiliation or endorsement.

8. User and Contact submissions

Provide accurate contact details and information you have authority to share. We use project submissions to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Submission does not authorize public disclosure or sale of your project information.

9. Ideas, confidentiality, and commissioned work

Submitting an unsolicited idea does not automatically create an NDA, exclusivity commitment, or a client relationship. Avoid sending confidential material until an appropriate agreement and delivery method are in place. Submission alone does not prevent independent development of similar concepts. Ownership, confidentiality, work-for-hire arrangements, licensing, deliverables, fees, and permitted uses for commissioned work are governed by the applicable written agreement.

10. No automatic business relationship

An inquiry, email exchange, or website visit is not acceptance of a project, a promise to provide services, or an agreed scope or price. A formal engagement requires the applicable agreement.

Social profiles and other external destinations are provided for convenience and are independently operated. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Hosting and email providers support this website; their service terms do not replace a client’s agreement with the studio.
